A customer asked me to create a bracelet featuring the silhouette of Pedraforca.
 

For her, it was more than just a mountain. It was a landscape that had been part of her life and that she wanted to carry with her in a very special way.
 

So I started by looking for different photographs of Pedraforca until I found the images I needed to reconstruct its profile and understand how its different layers overlapped.

Then the work in the workshop began.
 

I started drawing and cutting out the different layers of the mountain by hand, one by one, using the metal best suited to each piece.
 

I had to pay close attention to every contour to make sure that, when all the pieces were placed one on top of another, they would recreate the shape of Pedraforca as we see it in real life.
 

And so, layer by layer, those images began to transform into metal.

Until they became a bracelet.

Because sometimes, a piece of jewellery doesn't simply represent a mountain.

It represents a landscape that is part of someone's life.
