Through this website, Crisattelier offers handmade jewellery designed and crafted by Cristina Grau Lucas, including original creations and personalised pieces.
2. Purpose and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of this website, as well as purchases made through the Crisattelier online shop.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy available on this website.
These terms apply to purchases made through the online shop, without prejudice to any rights granted to consumers under applicable consumer protection legislation.
3. Products
Crisattelier offers handmade jewellery created individually or in small quantities.
Due to the handmade nature of the pieces, slight variations may occur, particularly in items made individually. These characteristics are part of their handmade nature and do not, in themselves, constitute a defect.
The characteristics, materials, measurements, photographs and price of each product are indicated on its individual product page.
Photographs are intended to represent the products as accurately as possible. However, slight colour variations may occur depending on the device or screen used to view them.
4. Personalised jewellery
Crisattelier also creates personalised pieces based on ideas, stories, photographs or specifications provided by the customer.
Before work begins on a personalised piece, its essential characteristics and, where applicable, its price will be agreed with the customer.
Once the design or proposal has been approved and the making process has begun, changes affecting the agreed characteristics cannot be made unless expressly agreed by both parties.
Due to their nature, items made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable legislation.
5. Prices
All prices shown in the shop are expressed in euros.
The applicable price is the price displayed on the product page at the time the order is placed.
Shipping costs will be shown during the checkout process before the order is confirmed and will depend on the destination and number of products purchased, as set out in the Shipping Policy.
6. Ordering process
To make a purchase, the customer selects the desired product or products, adds them to the shopping cart and completes the information requested during checkout.
Before confirming the order, the customer can review the selected products, quantities, prices, shipping costs and total amount.
The order is placed when the customer confirms the purchase and the payment is successfully processed.
Once the purchase has been completed, Crisattelier will send the customer an order confirmation electronically.
7. Payment methods
Orders are paid using the payment methods available during checkout.
The currently available methods may include payment by bank card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
An order is not considered confirmed until the payment has been successfully authorised.
8. Availability
Many Crisattelier pieces are unique or available in very limited quantities.
If, exceptionally, a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Crisattelier will contact the customer to explain the situation and, where applicable, offer the available options, including a refund of the amount paid.
9. Shipping and delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped directly by Crisattelier.
Available destinations, shipping rates and conditions are detailed in the Shipping Policy available on this website.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier and circumstances affecting the shipment.
For personalised or made-to-order pieces, the estimated making time will be communicated to the customer beforehand.
10. Right of withdrawal
For distance purchases, consumers generally have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to give a reason.
This right is subject to the exceptions established by applicable legislation.
In particular, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, as provided for by applicable consumer protection legislation.
The conditions and procedure for returns and refunds are detailed in the Refund and Returns Policy.
11. Faulty products or lack of conformity
Crisattelier is responsible for any lack of conformity that products may have in accordance with applicable consumer guarantee legislation.
If a customer receives a faulty or damaged product, or a product that does not correspond to their order, they should contact Crisattelier at crisattelier@gmail.com, providing the order number and details of the issue.
Where applicable, the product may be repaired, replaced, subject to a price reduction or refunded, in accordance with the customer's legal rights.
The legal guarantee applicable to new products will be the one established by applicable legislation.
12. Liability
Crisattelier is committed to providing accurate information about its products and to keeping the website in proper working order.
However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems or circumstances beyond Crisattelier's control.
13. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including texts, photographs, designs, logos, images and other elements, belongs to Crisattelier or is used with the permission of the relevant rights holders.
Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior authorisation is not permitted.
14. Changes to these terms
Crisattelier may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary to reflect legal, technical or operational changes.
The terms applicable to each purchase will be those in force at the time the order is placed.
15. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish and European legislation applicable to the purchase.
In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction will be determined in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation.
