Every Crisattelier piece is handmade and needs a little care to preserve its beauty.

Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes, creams, chemicals and cleaning products.

When you are not wearing your jewellery, store it in a dry place, away from humidity and, preferably, separately to prevent scratches and friction.

Caring for your silver jewellery:

Sterling silver can naturally tarnish over time when exposed to air and humidity. You can restore its shine by gently polishing it with a silver polishing cloth.

Avoid abrasive products or vigorous cleaning, especially on pieces with textures, matte finishes or handcrafted details, to preserve their original finish.

This ring was born from a real story.

A client asked me to create a bracelet featuring the silhouette of the Montseny, and while I was working on it, I wanted to bring that same landscape to a ring.

The silhouette reproduced on the piece is that of the Montseny as seen from Sant Antoni de Vilamajor, a landscape that is part of my own memories: it was the route I travelled every day on my way to school, and a view that stayed with me for many years.

And so this ring was born: a way of preserving a real landscape in silver, filled with shared memories.

How to Find Your Ring Size

Not sure which ring size you need? Here are two simple ways to find out at home.

Option 1 · Measure a ring you already own

If you have a ring that fits well on the finger where you would like to wear your new piece:

1. Measure the inner diameter of the ring with a ruler, from one inner edge to the other.

2. Take the measurement in millimetres, making sure not to include the thickness of the band.

3. Compare the measurement with our ring size chart.

   
   

Option 2 · Measure your finger

1. Wrap a thin strip of paper or a piece of thread around your finger without pulling it too tightly.

2. Mark the point where the two ends meet.

3. Unwrap the strip and measure its length in millimetres.

4. This measurement corresponds approximately to the circumference of your finger.

5. Check our chart to find the equivalent ring size.

A few tips

Your ring size can vary slightly depending on the finger, the time of day and the temperature. Fingers can swell in warm weather, so it is best to measure them when they are at a normal temperature.

If the ring has a particularly wide band, it may be more comfortable to choose a slightly larger size.

Important: Our pieces are handmade, and some have a fixed ring size while others are adjustable. You will find information about the size and whether a ring is adjustable on each product page.

To make a return, the jewelry must be kept in good condition and without use beyond what is necessary to verify its characteristics.

The direct costs of the return will be borne by the buyer, except when the return is due to an error on my part or a defect in the item.

Each Crisattelier jewel is handcrafted and carefully prepared before being shipped.

Orders are normally prepared within 3–4 business days . This time allows me to work on and check each piece carefully before it leaves the workshop.

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive the corresponding tracking information.

The delivery time will depend on the destination and the selected transport service.
