Every Crisattelier piece is handmade and needs a little care to preserve its beauty.

Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes, creams, chemicals and cleaning products.

When you are not wearing it, store it in a dry place, away from humidity and, preferably, separately to prevent scratches and friction.

Caring for this piece:

Silver can naturally tarnish over time.

You can gently clean it with a silver polishing cloth.

Avoid rubbing the Sea Glass directly with abrasive products to preserve its frosted surface and natural finish.

They say the sea keeps secrets.

One day, while collecting sea glass on Barceloneta Beach, I found this small piece of glass.

But this time, I felt it was more than just a find.

A mermaid offered it to me.

And when a mermaid offers you a gift, you have to know how to listen.

I wanted to keep that story within the piece itself. So, on the back of the bracelet, I hand-cut the silhouette of a little mermaid using my jeweller's saw.

Perhaps you won't notice her at first.

But she is there.

Like the secrets the sea keeps.

Each Crisattelier jewel is handcrafted and carefully prepared before being shipped.

Orders are normally prepared within 3–4 business days . This time allows me to work on and check each piece carefully before it leaves the workshop.

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive the corresponding tracking information.

The delivery time will depend on the destination and the selected transport service.

Do you live outside my usual delivery destinations?

I currently ship to Spain and several European countries. If you’ve discovered a piece of Crisattelier jewellery and live somewhere else in the world, you don’t necessarily have to miss out.

Get in touch, and I’ll explore the possibility of shipping it to you. I’ll check the available delivery options and costs for your destination and let you know the details before confirming your order.

I want buying jewelry from Crisattelier to be a simple and secure experience. If you change your mind after receiving your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within the period established by applicable regulations.

To make a return, the jewelry must be kept in good condition and without use beyond what is necessary to verify its characteristics.

The direct costs of the return will be borne by the buyer, except when the return is due to an error on my part or a defect in the item.

Custom pieces

Jewelry made according to your instructions or clearly personalized for you may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Each Crisattelier jewel is handmade. The slight variations in texture, color, shape, or finish inherent in the artisanal process are not considered defects, but rather part of the uniqueness of each piece.

Once the return is received, I will inspect the item and process the corresponding refund in accordance with applicable regulations and the terms of purchase.
