Crisattelier

Triopetra Stone Ring, Crete

Price
€79.00

A handmade sterling silver ring featuring a natural stone found in Triopetra, on the island of Crete, Greece.

The stone, mainly in shades of brown and orange, retains its natural shapes and variations, making the piece unique. Its surface and subtle colour variations give every detail its own character.

I surrounded it with a delicate border of small silver spheres, creating a contrast between the simplicity of the stone and the handcrafted setting.

A unique piece carrying a small fragment of a special place and the memory of a journey.

One of a kind, handmade in the Crisattelier workshop.

Caring for Your Jewellery

Every Crisattelier piece is handmade and needs a little care to preserve its beauty.

Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes, creams, chemicals and cleaning products.

When you are not wearing your jewellery, store it in a dry place, away from humidity and, preferably, separately to prevent scratches and friction.

Caring for these pieces:

Natural stones should be protected from knocks, chemicals and other harsh products. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, cleaning products and cosmetics.

To clean your jewellery, use a soft cloth. Silver can naturally tarnish over time, and you can restore its shine by gently polishing it with a silver polishing cloth, taking care not to rub the stone directly.

Every natural stone is unique and may show slight variations in colour, veining, pattern or texture. These characteristics are part of its beauty and make each piece special.

The Story Behind the Piece

There are places you visit looking for something specific, only to find something you never expected.

I visited Triopetra, on the island of Crete, especially drawn to its stones in different colours. Among the green, reddish, purple, yellowish and other shades I found there, I chose this one, with its warm brown and orange tones.

As soon as I held it in my hands, I knew I wanted to turn it into a piece of jewellery. I didn't want to change its essence or look for a perfect stone; I wanted to preserve what I had found and give it a new life.

And so this ring was born, handmade in silver as a reminder of that place and that journey.

How to Find Your Ring Size

How to Find Your Ring Size

Not sure which ring size you need? Here are two simple ways to find out at home.

Option 1 · Measure a ring you already own

If you have a ring that fits well on the finger where you would like to wear your new piece:

  1. Measure the inner diameter of the ring with a ruler, from one inner edge to the other.

  2. Take the measurement in millimetres, making sure not to include the thickness of the band.

  3. Compare the measurement with our ring size chart.

Option 2 · Measure your finger

  1. Wrap a thin strip of paper or a piece of thread around your finger without pulling it too tightly.

  2. Mark the point where the two ends meet.

  3. Unwrap the strip and measure its length in millimetres.

  4. This measurement corresponds approximately to the circumference of your finger.

  5. Check our chart to find the equivalent ring size.

A few tips

Your ring size can vary slightly depending on the finger, the time of day and the temperature. Fingers can swell in warm weather, so it is best to measure them when they are at a normal temperature.

If the ring has a particularly wide band, it may be more comfortable to choose a slightly larger size.

Important: Our pieces are handmade, and some have a fixed ring size while others are adjustable. You will find information about the size and whether a ring is adjustable on each product page.

If you are unsure between two sizes, get in touch with us before placing your order and we will be happy to help.
