Every Crisattelier piece is handmade and needs a little care to preserve its beauty.

Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes, creams, chemicals and cleaning products.

When you are not wearing your jewellery, store it in a dry place, away from humidity and, preferably, separately to prevent scratches and friction.

Caring for these pieces:

Natural stones should be protected from knocks, chemicals and other harsh products. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, cleaning products and cosmetics.

To clean your jewellery, use a soft cloth. Silver can naturally tarnish over time, and you can restore its shine by gently polishing it with a silver polishing cloth, taking care not to rub the stone directly.

Every natural stone is unique and may show slight variations in colour, veining, pattern or texture. These characteristics are part of its beauty and make each piece special.

Larimar is my stone.

Its colour and patterns have always reminded me of the sea. Its shades of blue, white and turquoise seem to hold moving water, sea foam and depth within them.

It is a very special stone to me, not only because of its beauty, but also because of its origin: Larimar comes from the Dominican Republic and is found only in a very specific area of the world.

I wanted to create this pendant while keeping the stone at the centre of attention and allowing it to speak for itself. The silver surrounds and complements it, following its organic shape without taking away from its beauty.

Every piece of Larimar is different. So, although the technique can be repeated, each piece ultimately develops its own personality.

Each Crisattelier jewel is handcrafted and carefully prepared before being shipped.

Orders are normally prepared within 3–4 business days . This time allows me to work on and check each piece carefully before it leaves the workshop.

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive the corresponding tracking information.

The delivery time will depend on the destination and the selected transport service.

I currently ship to Spain and several European countries. If you’ve discovered a piece of Crisattelier jewellery and live somewhere else in the world, you don’t necessarily have to miss out.

I want buying jewelry from Crisattelier to be a simple and secure experience. If you change your mind after receiving your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within the period established by applicable regulations.

To make a return, the jewelry must be kept in good condition and without use beyond what is necessary to verify its characteristics.

The direct costs of the return will be borne by the buyer, except when the return is due to an error on my part or a defect in the item.
