Caring for Your Jewellery
Every Crisattelier piece is handmade and needs a little care to preserve its beauty.
Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes, creams, chemicals and cleaning products.
When you are not wearing your jewellery, store it in a dry place, away from humidity and, preferably, separately to prevent scratches and friction.
Caring for your silver jewellery:
Sterling silver can naturally tarnish over time when exposed to air and humidity. You can restore its shine by gently polishing it with a silver polishing cloth.
Avoid abrasive products or vigorous cleaning, especially on pieces with textures, matte finishes or handcrafted details, to preserve their original finish.
The Story Behind the Piece
Some paw prints remain, even when we can no longer walk alongside the one who left them.
This small collection was born from missing a much-loved companion and wanting, in some way, to keep something that would remind me of their presence.
A paw print is something simple, but it can hold an entire story: walks, companionship, games, quiet moments and memories shared.
That is why I wanted to turn that paw print into a piece of jewellery. So it could be kept close, as a reminder that some presences never truly disappear.

This collection was created with one particular companion in mind, but I like to think it can hold a different meaning for each person.
It might be a reminder of a beloved animal, a symbol of love for a companion who is still walking by your side, or simply a way of keeping close something that has left its mark on your life.

Each Crisattelier piece is presented carefully prepared and protected, ready to be given as a gift or enjoyed by yourself.

Returns and refunds
I want buying jewelry from Crisattelier to be a simple and secure experience. If you change your mind after receiving your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within the period established by applicable regulations.
To make a return, the jewelry must be kept in good condition and without use beyond what is necessary to verify its characteristics.
The direct costs of the return will be borne by the buyer, except when the return is due to an error on my part or a defect in the item.
Custom pieces
Jewelry made according to your instructions or clearly personalized for you may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable regulations.
If you have any doubts about whether a specific item is eligible for return, you can ask me before placing your order.
Handcrafted pieces
Each Crisattelier jewel is handmade. The slight variations in texture, color, shape, or finish inherent in the artisanal process are not considered defects, but rather part of the uniqueness of each piece.
Refunds
Once the return is received, I will inspect the item and process the corresponding refund in accordance with applicable regulations and the terms of purchase.

Each Crisattelier jewel is handcrafted and carefully prepared before being shipped.
Orders are normally prepared within 3–4 business days . This time allows me to work on and check each piece carefully before it leaves the workshop.
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive the corresponding tracking information.
The delivery time will depend on the destination and the selected transport service.
If you need your jewelry by a specific date, you can contact me before placing your order and I will do my best to help you.
