A small symbol of a meaningful journey.
Two arrows, one shared journey, and countless stories waiting to unfold.
These brass earrings are inspired by the arrows that guide pilgrims along the Camino de Santiago. I created them to share a small part of this adventure with the people I was about to walk the Camino with.
I made seven pairs, thinking not only of those who would begin the journey together, but also of the people we might meet along the way. Because sometimes, people who start out as strangers become part of our most treasured memories.
Simple and lightweight in design, these earrings evoke the journey, the encounters and the memories we carry with us.
A little piece of jewellery for those who have walked the Camino, dream of doing it, or simply want to wear a reminder of a journey that leaves its mark.

Each stone has its own natural colours and characteristics, so every bracelet is slightly different.
Caring for Your Jewellery
Every Crisattelier piece is handmade and needs a little care to preserve its beauty.
Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes, creams, chemicals, cleaning products and humidity.
When you are not wearing your jewellery, store it in a dry place, away from humidity and, preferably, separately to prevent scratches and friction.
Caring for brass and copper jewellery:
Brass and copper can naturally change colour and develop a patina over time. To preserve their original appearance, avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes, creams, chemicals and humidity.
Keep the piece dry and separate from other jewellery when you are not wearing it.
The lacquer protects the piece and gives it its distinctive finish. To keep it in good condition, avoid knocks and heavy rubbing, and do not use abrasive products or metal polish on the surface.
If you need to clean the piece, use only a soft, dry cloth.

Your jewelry will arrive carefully prepared so that the experience of receiving it is as special as wearing it.
Each Crisattelier piece is presented carefully prepared and protected, ready to be given as a gift or enjoyed by yourself.

Returns and refunds
I want buying jewelry from Crisattelier to be a simple and secure experience. If you change your mind after receiving your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within the period established by applicable regulations.
To make a return, the jewelry must be kept in good condition and without use beyond what is necessary to verify its characteristics.
The direct costs of the return will be borne by the buyer, except when the return is due to an error on my part or a defect in the item.
Custom pieces
Jewelry made according to your instructions or clearly personalized for you may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable regulations.
If you have any doubts about whether a specific item is eligible for return, you can ask me before placing your order.
Handcrafted pieces
Each Crisattelier jewel is handmade. The slight variations in texture, color, shape, or finish inherent in the artisanal process are not considered defects, but rather part of the uniqueness of each piece.
Refunds
Once the return is received, I will inspect the item and process the corresponding refund in accordance with applicable regulations and the terms of purchase.

Each Crisattelier jewel is handcrafted and carefully prepared before being shipped.
Orders are normally prepared within 3–4 business days . This time allows me to work on and check each piece carefully before it leaves the workshop.
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive the corresponding tracking information.
The delivery time will depend on the destination and the selected transport service.
