Every Crisattelier piece is handmade and needs a little care to preserve its beauty.

Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes, creams, chemicals, cleaning products and humidity.

When you are not wearing your jewellery, store it in a dry place, away from humidity and, preferably, separately to prevent scratches and friction.

Caring for brass and copper jewellery:

Brass and copper can naturally change colour and develop a patina over time. To preserve their original appearance, avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes, creams, chemicals and humidity.

Keep the piece dry and separate from other jewellery when you are not wearing it.

The lacquer protects the piece and gives it its distinctive finish. To keep it in good condition, avoid knocks and heavy rubbing, and do not use abrasive products or metal polish on the surface.

If you need to clean the piece, use only a soft, dry cloth.

Oak is a tree I feel particularly connected to.

It conveys strength, determination, confidence and nobility to me. It has a strong and powerful presence, deeply rooted, and I wanted to bring those feelings into a piece of jewellery.

I wanted to represent one of its leaves, not as an exact reproduction, but as my own interpretation of its shape and of what this tree means to me.

The piece is made from brass and lacquered, allowing the texture and contrasts of the surface to complement the shape of the leaf.

This desire gave rise to this piece: a small oak leaf transformed into metal, as a symbol of the strength we seek and the strength we sometimes already carry within us.

Your jewelry will arrive carefully prepared so that the experience of receiving it is as special as wearing it.

I want buying jewelry from Crisattelier to be a simple and secure experience. If you change your mind after receiving your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within the period established by applicable regulations.

To make a return, the jewelry must be kept in good condition and without use beyond what is necessary to verify its characteristics.

The direct costs of the return will be borne by the buyer, except when the return is due to an error on my part or a defect in the item.

Jewelry made according to your instructions or clearly personalized for you may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Each Crisattelier jewel is handcrafted and carefully prepared before being shipped.

Orders are normally prepared within 3–4 business days . This time allows me to work on and check each piece carefully before it leaves the workshop.

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive the corresponding tracking information.

The delivery time will depend on the destination and the selected transport service.
